Best-effort pricing: The pricing in this portal reflects the most accurate data provided by each OEM. Per our terms of service, the OEM reserves the right to adjust pricing based on their discretion. MULTI, INC. reserves the right to amend pricing due to errors, omissions, or changes by written notice to the client.
Confidentiality Notice: The information and pricing provided in this email is considered highly confidential and privileged information. It is intended only for the sole use of the recipient(s). Any unauthorized review, use, disclosure, or distribution is strictly prohibited. If MULTI, INC. determines, in its sole discretion, that any recipient has disclosed any confidential and proprietary information or pricing to another supplier, vendor, dealer, customer, etc., then MULTI, INC. reserves the right to withdraw discounted pricing on all future transactions. Domestic Sales Policy: All sales to client are for United States (50 States, plus the District of Columbia) sales only. Client agrees that it will not sell any of the products purchased from MULTI, INC. directly or indirectly outside the United States, nor export any of the products outside the United States, nor fill any orders for the products knowing that such orders are intended for sale outside the United States.
Failure to comply can result in an immediate termination of the business relationship.
*For GE Healthcare Parts: Any part found to have been exported from the US will be subject to an invoice for full list price of that part. This charge is in addition to the sales price already paid for that part. This additional fee billed to MULTI, INC. by GE Healthcare shall be charged to client.
